How to book

From first idea to boarding day

Booking is straightforward, but it pays to plan — especially in high season.

  1. Step 1 01

    Choose yacht and route

Share your group size, dates and interests — culture, wildlife or a quiet beach — to shape the yacht and itinerary.

  2. Step 2 02

    Check the operator

Look for positive reviews, transparent pricing, a good safety record, licences and insurance.

  3. Step 3 03

    Confirm what is included

Clarify the charter fee and extras such as fuel surcharges, dockage fees and crew tips.

  4. Step 4 04

    Pay the deposit

A deposit secures the booking; the balance is usually due before departure.

  5. Step 5 05

    Get the terms in writing

Confirm cancellation policy and payment methods in writing to avoid misunderstandings.
